CITE COMMITMENT
CITE is committed to serving the needs of its members, its surrounding communities and Verizon through a number of resources.

WHY JOIN CITE?
CITE provides employee advocacy, identifies and facilitates issue awareness, and offers training and professional development, including networking opportunities through its local affiliates.

CITE awards scholarships to deserving college-bound students across the country and supports local and national organizations that promote academic excellence and community involvement. CITE has a long-standing tradition of supporting education and awards over $100,000 in scholarships annually.

CITE hosts annual conferences that focus on issues and topics relevant to its members while promoting open dialog and providing access to Verizon’s senior executives.

CITE Florida is a member of the Tampa Bay Roundtable which represents a consortium of Black organization around the Bay area coming together to promote awareness, education, and support to members of the Black community.
